To strengthen its international marketing management team and accompany its growth ambitions, Coty Luxury is recruiting a

VP Marketing EMEA - Luxury Division
(Position based in Amsterdam)

Objectives and responsibilities

Reporting directly to the SVP Business Development & Licenses (Brands) and "dotted line" to the Head of the Region (Markets) you are responsible for the EMEA regional marketing strategy and implementation of the Brands and more specifically,

- you ensure global Brands strategies are consistently executed regionally in line with global Brands objectives
- you promote and protect global Brands identity, culture, communication, distribution and position in each of the Region market
- you work with the Region and the Countries to identify growth opportunities which you translate into marketing action plans
- you build, in relation with the Markets, regional trade marketing strategies with key pan-european retailers
- you nourish the global Brands and Marketing with local specific needs and trends; you identify opportunities and provide insights to drive strategic discussions on products development, advertising, promotions / animations, PR, etc.
- you gather feedback from local markets and provide guidance, regional recommandations,
- you lead relationships between Brands owners and Markets, align regional / local launch plans, facilitate approval for all marketing activities,
- you share best practices between markets
- you set regional priorities among global initiatives to reach financial targets
- you ensure regional marketing plans & initiatives are compliant with global guidelines & contractual license agreements
- you monitor local performance and KPI tracking & consolidating
- you supervise artwork adaptations
- you work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders to improve internal relationships in a matrix organization

Your profile

You have at least 10 years experience in a global brand and market environment with strong expertise in business development and global trade marketing in EMEA markets

more specifically :
- you have experience in coordination marketing and skills in operational marketing, media management, digital & e-commerce
- you are analytical (consolidation / reporting)
- you have knowledge and passion for beauty and luxury environment
- you have experience in transversal roles and/or in matrix organizations
- you are a team player with solid interpersonal and communication skills
- You have the experience working with multiple parties (Global HQ, Brands, Regional Office and multiple service partners)
- you have strong market and industry know how
- you are flexible to travel

Experience years : 10 to 15

Language skills : english (business proficient)

Degree level reached : 3 years of graduate edu
