The brands are distributed in around 10.000 doors across the main markets in Europe, Americas, Asia and the Middle East, generating over 20 million € sales.

The Group team, based in Versailles is composed of 20 staff.

INCC success is based on strict commercial and distribution policies, high quality product development, close collaboration with licensors, distributors, TR operators and some of the most renown perfumers in the industry, and on efficient internal processes, financial strength and fast growth.

To accelerate its development, INCC Group is now looking for its
for both TRAVEL RETAIL and DOMESTIC markets

Status of exclusive consultant, based in Miami or Panama.

Objectives and responsibilities

Reporting to the VP Sales, you will :

- Develop INCC business across the Americas and the Caribbean region in both Travel Retail and Domestic markets,
- implement operational marketing plans with your distributors and TR operators in order to boost the sell-out and develop the image and awareness of the brands,
- prospect new distributors and new TR operators,
- fully manage the P&L of your area,
- travel extensively to ensure a strong presence of the brands in your markets.

Function skills : sales ( sales to travel retail - export sales to agent / importer / distributor - sales to key accounts )

Product skills : beauty ( perfume )

Product category : Middle-market / High-end

Business sectors : manufacturer ( beauty )

Your profile

- You have minimum 4 years of key account sales of beauty brands in Americas, in domestic and/or travel retails markets
- You like to work in a small and well organized company where you can have an impact on business and results.
- You are entrepreneurial, dynamic and pro-active; you know -and like- to work with great autonomy and responsability
- You have a strong capacity to build trustful relationships with your clients and you contribute internally to the good team spirit.
- You are at ease with figures
- You work in English, Spanish is a plus.

Experience years : 2 to 5

Language skills : english (business proficient)
