Now 15 years after its start, MESSIKA is one of the youngest jewelry brand at its size (yearly turnover tends to reach 150M€, 500 doors in more than 50 countries, subsidiaries in USA, Dubai, Tokyo, Hong Kong) and is growing fast

To consolidate and continue our expansion in Europe, MESSIKA is now looking for its Area Sales Manager UK, Scandinavia and Dach


Objectives and responsibilities
  • Based in : Paris / France - PARIS REGION
  • Contract : 01/2020 - permanent - 75 to 90 K€

Based at HQ in Paris 9th, and directly reporting to the International Sales Director :

- you develop the sales and business of the MESSIKA jewelry in your area
- you manage a team of two Country Managers based in UK (1 Country Mgr for UK and Scandinavian and Baltic markets) and Germany (1 Country Mgr + 1 Junior Sales for Germany, Switzerland, Austria)
- you manage directly non European Eastern markets (Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Biolorussia, Moldavia, Georgia, Armenia, Czech Republic) and few key accounts in Africa : Morocco, South Africa.
- you organize and optimize all business activities, sales promotion action plans between HQ teams and your local teams and the customers



Function skills : sales ( sales to retailers - export sales to agent / importer / distributor - sales to key accounts )

Product skills : fashion accessories ( fine jewelery )

Product category : Luxury

Business sectors : manufacturer ( fashion, textile & apparel )


Your profile

- you have minimum 10 years of experience of international wholesale business for a jewelry brand mainly in Europe
- you have a talent and a liking for managing remotely a small but efficient team of multi cultural talents
- you are really strong at closing interesting deals with customers
- you thrive in young, small and fast growing companies
- you work daily in English and in French, German is a plus
- you are ready to travel 1/3 of your time



Experience years : 10 to 15

Language skills : english (business proficient)
