WHOLESALE & RETAIL SELL OUT MANAGER - FRANCE - UK - BENELUX

(based at the Paris office)
(annual package of 44K€ to 55K€ depending on experience)

Objectives and responsibilities
  • Based in : Paris / France - PARIS REGION
  • Contract : 07/2022 - permanent - 44,000€ to 55,000€

under the direct supervision of the AREA MANAGER of your region, you will travel extensively in your region to organize, monitor and develop the sell out activities of all customers (around 50 doors and growing fast)

TRADE MARKETING
- In coordination with the marketing and sell-in teams, execute and monitor POS projects, pre and post evaluation of marketing plans and trade initiatives
- Monitor sales activities to ensure that sales targets are met and take appropriate and agile actions to boost the sales and maximize the potential
- Prepare, attend and contribute to, regular buying and marketing management meetings for yearly and quarterly trade marketing project planning

SALES PLANNING – MONITORING - STRUCTURING
- Develop the sales in priority in wholesale key accounts as well as retail network through a retail and sell-out daily support
- Set sell-out targets by key retailers and by key doors based on the sales objectives, sellout data analysis, potential of each door according to marketing activities and promo plan
- Define line targets to secure forecasted growth ranking and market share per retailer, per door
- Classify all doors and help in the execution of assortment rules by doors typology

WHOLESALE
- Work closely with the sell-in team to execute the key commercial actions in all key doors
- Monitor L:A Bruket products On Points of Sales, availability, visibility, and accessibility for shoppers
- Report constantly to sell-in team all improvement opportunities in regards of sell-out performance
- Ensure POS material and other communication tools are well placed on shelves and displays
- Establish and maintain a good relationship with key accounts, especially floor managers and staff through regular in-store visits and meetings

RETAIL
- Boutique and department store counters scheduling for retail staff
- Contribute to boutique and department store counters performance through a regular support to the retail staff
- Set store individual sales and line targets, sales achievements, commission calculation, BAs allocation per door according to seasonality and performance/priority per door

REPORTING
- Provide regular market feedback to the management and sell-in team regarding competition, product movement, brand position, challenges and growth opportunities
- Submit monthly sell-out reports with achievements vs target per key doors and per BA and provide relevant immediate actions
- Align with the sell-in team on the best stock level as per the potential sales of each SKU

TRAINING
- Identify training needs/opportunities and conduct local training sessions in coordination with R&D and marketing teams

Your profile

YOUR EXPERIENCE

- you have a minimum 3 years of successful professional experience in trade marketing and sell-out retail management of selective cosmetic products with retailers, key accounts, boutiques, corners

- you like ground work and are ready to travel extensively in your area
- you are fluent in English which will be your daily working language
- you are creative with strong analytical and project management skills
- you have a high level of ambition and initiative, entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to go the extra-mile
- you are consumer centric and have a high affinity to beauty, trends and cosmetics
- you are a strong team player with excellent communication skills
- you are well structured and organized
