L:A BRUKET is now strengthening its organization with a position of Social Media Manager

(based at the Paris office)

Objectives and responsibilities
  • Based in : Paris 1er / France - PARIS REGION
  • Contract : 02/2022 - permanent - 44,000€ to 55,000€

Reporting directly to our Managing Director, your role as our Social Media Manager is to maximise the reach and engagement of the companies' online customer, specifically in relation to all social media platforms.
You will work across the organisation in close collaboration with our creative studio, eCommerce team and Marketing team.

You will:

Define and execute our social media strategy for each relevant social platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest...) :
- Community management and engagement
- Publication planification
- Paid Campaign management
- Creation of guidelines for local markets
- Creation Social Media pack for wholesale
- Performance objectives and tracking

Define and follow on our influence roadmap :
- Day-to-day communication
- Database management
- Local market specific plans definition



Function skills : marketing ( traffic management - community management - digital marketing )

Product skills : beauty ( skin care - make up - hair styling )

Your profile

- You have a minimum 3 years of successful professional experience in digital marketing, ideally for a niche brand in beauty or fashion

• A proven track record of quantitative and qualitative results.
• Exceptional communicator, storyteller, writer, and editorialist
• Excellent understanding of content marketing
• Ability to deliver and convey measurable results using digital marketing analytics and tools
• Exceptional understanding of how to optimize content for success on social media
