Turnaround is already well on its way in its largest markets and NATIVE is now working to do the same on the Americas markets in preparation of major launches to take place in the near future.

Area Sales Manager Americas + Drom-Com
(position located at HQ in Paris 8e)

Objectives and responsibilities
  • Based in : Paris 8e / France - PARIS REGION
  • Contract : 12/2023 - permanent

Reporting to the NATIVE Group Export Director, you build relevant and virtuous partnerships to develop brand awareness and customer experience, in line with the brands' DNA and guidelines.

Main Duties:

1. Trade and marketing :
- Build / Implement / Monitor a development strategy for the area in line with the international roadmap
- Co-build / Implement / Monitor business plans by brand and by country
- Co-build / Implement / Monitor marketing plans by brand and by country
- Regularly question the established business model and partnerships
- Anticipate / Plan launches and trade offers by brand and by country
- Monitor / Boost the sales and marketing performance of distributors
- Prevent overstocking/understocking by distributors
- Prospect for / contract new partnerships
- Establish / monitor budgets: turnover, margins, coop, POSM, regulatory
- Be the main contact for distributors

2. Supply
- Ensure the accuracy of sales forecasts
- Coordinate with sales/supply/RAs to ensure proper execution of orders

3. Legal: Ensure the proper implementation of contractual agreements

4. Regulatory: actively participate to the regulatory coordination

5. Finance:
- Limit financial risk
- Ensure proper collection

Your profile

5 years' experience as an Area Manager or as a Sales Manager abroad for beauty brands sold through importers, distributors, agents
Cultural knowledge of the area is much appreciated.

Technical skills
- Mastery of the selective network distribution environment
- Fluency in English is mandatory (Spanish is a great plus)
- Ability to work with figures: price structure, sales report, p&l

Personal qualities
- Autonomous: take decision and responsibility
- Innovative: like to do things differently
- Communication skills: like to share expertise and work as a team player

you are ready to travel 8 to 12 times per year to your business region
Education : Business school or university equivalent

Experience years : 2 to 5

Language skills : english (business proficient)

Degree level reached : 3 years of graduate edu
