Give Back Beauty (GBB) is a privately-owned beauty group. Through global partnerships, licensing or distribution agreements, GBB engages with brands and talents to bring their beauty products to consumers worldwide.
GBB comprises 4 BU:
- Brands Beyond Beauty is a beauty licensee and global partner of fashion & luxury. The current portfolio of brands (Chopard, Elie Saab, Philipp Plein) is due to grow further in the near future.
- GBB Lifesyle is a licensee and global partner of lifestyle brands like Iceberg and Pink Sugar.
- Beauty & Luxury is the Italian affiliate of the group distributing locally a large portfolio of selective and niche brands.
- GBB Talents is the operational partner of indie and talent-led beauty brands. GBB just acquired the rights for Florence by Mills, a skin care brand recently created by Millie Bobby Brown, the Netflix 17-year-old star (46 millions followers on Instagram).

To lead its international sales, Brands Beyond Beauty is creating the position of
(Position based in Paris)
- Based in : Paris / France - PARIS REGION
- Contract : 11/2021 - permanent
Reporting to the CEO, you are in charge of Brands Beyond Beauty international sales; more specifically,
- you are responsible for the global international sales of each brand in line with its global image and marketing strategy.
- you open and manage the network of international distributors and some key retailers including in Travel Retail.
- you coordinate, in close collaboration with the distributors, the negotiations and high end relationships with the key retailers mainly in Europe.
- you manage today a team of 4 Export Sales Managers and adapt your organization in line with the development of sales and of the brands portfolio.
- you are fully responsible of your P&L.
- you are responsible for identifying and implementing sales synergies with the other divisions whenever they are appropriate.

- You have a solid experience in a similar position.
- You have a good knowledge of worldwide selective and drugstores international channels, be it in brick and mortar or in e-commerce (e-retailers and pure players).
- Price structures, distributors contracts, A&P investments optimisation, etc, have no secrets for you.
- You are both strategic and very operational / pragmatic.
- You are both a self-starter and a team player.
- You thrive in an entrepreneurial, start-up like environnement.
- You are numbers and details oriented.
- You are based either in Paris (ideally), London or Milan.
- You are ready to travel frequently.
- You speak fluently English; other languages are a plus.
