To lead and manage its key European markets, Brands Beyond Beauty is looking for his/her
SENIOR SALES MANAGER EUROPE & RUSSIA
(Position based in Paris)
- Based in : paris / France - PARIS REGION
- Contract : 02/2022 - permanent
Reporting to the VP Sales, you are in charge of Brands Beyond Beauty sales for the key European markets, namely UK, Germany, Austria, Benelux, Italy and Russia; more specifically,
- you are the Ambassador of the brands on the markets.
- you are partnering with the existing distributors in each market to develop the sales of all brands in line with the image and marketing strategies.
- you are the key driver in the successful integration of the new brand, Tommy Hilfiger, in the existing BBB distribution network.
- you work hand in hand with the distributor in the yearly negotiations with the key accounts, in terms of commercial conditions and trade plans, with a custom-tailored approach for each retailer and each brand.
- you work closely with Brands Beyond Beauty marketing teams to build up effective and dedicated trade plans for each market and each specific key retailer.
- you are responsible for your P&L always looking for the optimized ratio sales vs profit while preserving the image and developing the awareness of the brands.

- You have several years of experience in a similar position in the beauty industry.
- You know how to develop trustful relationships with your business partners.
- Price structures, distributors contracts, A&P investments optimisation, etc, have no secrets for you.
- You are a savvy negotiator.
- You are pragmatic, hands on and results oriented.
- You thrive in an entrepreneurial environment enjoying strong growth.
- You speak fluently English; other European languages are a plus.
- You are ready to travel regularly in your markets.
