To support this growth, we are looking for a Global Trade Marketing Manager, based in Paris.

As Global Trade Marketing Manager, you will be the operational driving force behind the execution of Goldfield & Banks’ global marketing strategy.
Working closely with the Brand, Sales and Digital teams, you will support distributors and international partners in successfully deploying product launches, campaigns and trade marketing initiatives across all markets.
Acting as the key interface between headquarters and local markets, you will ensure that the brand strategy is consistently and effectively translated into flawless execution worldwide.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer you will play a central role in coordinating international marketing operations and supporting the brand’s continued global expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Global Brand Execution
Support the implementation of the brand vision, mission and objectives across all international markets.
Ensure consistency of brand messaging and visual identity while adapting execution to local market requirements.
Monitor market trends, consumer insights and competitive activity.
Analyse competitors, pricing strategies and product positioning across key markets.
Product Launches & Go-to-Market Execution
Build and manage the annual Trade Marketing Calendar.
Coordinate the execution of all international product launches.
Develop comprehensive Go-to-Market plans for each launch.
Adapt global marketing tools and assets to local market needs.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and flawless execution.
International Trade Marketing Coordination
Partner closely with Sales, Brand, Product Development, PR, Retail and Digital teams.
Support distributors in implementing global marketing initiatives.
Ensure consistent execution of campaigns, launches and trade marketing activations across all markets.
Events & PR Activation
Coordinate international events together with distributors and local PR agencies.
Support event planning, seedings and brand activations.
Monitor monthly PR, media and influencer coverage.
Digital & E-commerce Support
Working closely with the Digital team, you will:
support the deployment of global digital strategies across distributor markets.
monitor digital campaign performance and e-commerce KPIs.
contribute to the optimisation of online customer experience.
ensure that digital assets are properly adapted and implemented across international markets.
Partnerships & Influencer Programs
Together with the Digital team, you will:
support the implementation of global partnership strategies.
coordinate influencer and brand ambassador programmes.
help identify opportunities with retailers, KOLs and strategic partners.
Budget & Performance Management
Build, manage and monitor the Global Trade Marketing budget.
Manage Distributor A&P and Over Investment budgets together with the Sales team.
Monitor CRM performance, ROI and marketing KPIs.
Produce regular reporting and performance analysis.
Commercial Tools & Business Support
Support Sales ERP administration.
Contribute to CRM development.
Monitor inventory and stock management KPIs.
Support sales forecasting and reporting activities.
You have a successful experience in an international Trade Marketing, Operational Marketing or International Marketing role within the fragrance & cosmetics industry, ideally in niche fragrance.
You are recognised for your strong project management skills, attention to detail and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders across international markets.
You enjoy working in fast-growing entrepreneurial environments where agility, ownership and operational excellence are key success factors.
You also bring:
Experience in international marketing execution within beauty, fragrance or luxury.
Strong project management and organisational skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Strong analytical mindset with excellent Excel skills.
Fluent French and English (written and spoken).
