Today, we are searching for a Travel Retail (TR) Manager to assist our Business Development Director to manage and develop our China Travel Retail Sales)

:.. Objectives and responsibilities:
|
Directly reporting and assisting our Business Development Director (based in Beijing, you are ultimately responsible for:
- Strengthening business relationship and negotiating with China Travel Operators
- Assisting our BD Director in the opening of new POS (+10 POS by 2011), relocation or upgrade of current POS in China
- Managing current POS activity by supervising all aspects of retail operation at the POS (Visual merchandising, training, inventory
Travel Retail Development:
- To develop travel retail potential POS in main airports or border in China. (currently 14 POS)
Upgrade current POS with more space or better location
Management and optimization of current POS
Buying and re-order:
-To assist TR operators place orders twice each year and make sure reach the order target which set by MGS.
-To frequently check the inventory of all stores, to ensure reasonable stock level at all POS
-To arrange and coordinate the payment, invoicing and delivery
Supervision of POS performance:
- To monitor TR shops sales and to give the action plan on how to improve the sales result
- To provide on–site training and support for Visual Merchandising , sales Customer Services, brand positioning , implementation of trade marketing guidelines .
- To implement retail excellence

:.. Required qualifications:
|
• You have a minimum of 3 years of experience either as Assistant or Travel Retail Manager, Wholesale Manager, Franchisee Manager, Key Account Manager or related roles for China.
• You have a solid experience working in the Fashion, Fashion Accessories or the Beauty industries with a natural acumen for premium or luxury brands
• Ideally You already have been dealing with Travel Retail Operators in China
• You have strong leadership skills with proven managerial experience of retail sales team
• You have good training skills for retail operations as well as good negotiation skills for key account managements
• You are fluent in Mandarin and business proficient in English
•You can travel 40-50% of your time across China
